The youngster has made quite a name for himself in Bollywood. He helped Aamir Khan get the gymnast’s physique in Dhoom 3 and has been practising martial arts since he was a little kid.
“When I was four, I saw Bruce Lee and he became my hero. Fitness should be a combination of muscular strength, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardio vascular endurance,” says Tiger.
Tiger Shroff’s Diet
- Breakfast is light but full of proteins and fibres. Steamed or grilled basa fish, egg whites, oatmeal, some veggies, a handful of almonds or green tea.
- In between his meals, he munches on dry fruits and drinks a whey shake.
- Lunch is brown rice, a chicken dish and boiled veggies.
- Has protein shake before his evening fitness training sessions.
- Dinner is lots of green veggies like broccoli and green beans.
- Drinks lots of water to keep hydrated.
- Has a sweet tooth and treats himself to waffles, pancakes, ice creams, burgers, nutella, cookies and more on his cheat days (once a week)
