Diet Plan:
To keep your body fit, you must take care of what you eat and when you eat. Thin does not equal to healthy. You need to make some specific lifestyle changes to see the results.
Exercise is not just by the way – it is ‘the way’ of healthy sustainable life, so set an exercise routine of one hour daily before breakfast or dinner. You can opt for fun activities like zumba, tennis, badminton, swimming, jogging or hit the gym for low-intensity cardio and weight training. Air cycling is great for losing tummy flab.
Next pre-plan your meals – your breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner should be well-balanced with the right amount of carbohydrates, protein, dairy and fat.
Portion control and timings of meals are also important, so pay attention to both. However, hectic your schedule is, you must invest time in your health as the returns you get will supersede all your investments.
