These Indian film celebrities were accused of taking steroids to build muscles and fab bodies.
There is no denying that fans want film stars to look great and have fab bodies, in the case of men, it means having six packs and looking juiced-up.
While they do have access to the best trainers and nutrition, there are many who believe that stars take performance-enhancing drugs mainly because their transformation happens too quickly.
Film stars on the other hand deny taking steroids and always maintain that it is because of their hard work and dedication.
Most fitness trainers suggest that it’s easier to get bulging muscles and six-packs in your twenties (and early-thirties) when the production of natural testosterone within the body is at its peak.
As you grow older, it becomes difficult to maintain that shape through natural means.
This is why many feel that film celebrities take steroids to bulk up. And when a 40-year old Sidharth Shukla dies, more people start asking this question.
Here are some actors who have been accused of taking performance-enhancing drugs in the past.
Aamir Khan
Did Aamir Khan use Steroids to get his ripped ‘Dangal’ body?
Perfectionist Aamir Khan not only gained lot of weight, he also got rid of it to play the part of the wrestler.
After Aamir posted his fitness video online (of him losing weight and getting fit), the internet has been abuzz about how Aamir Khan managed to transform himself from fat to fit in under 6 months, and several Indians got motivated enough to set their own fitness objectives.
However, lot of fitness enthusiasts are wondering if its really possible to get that fit in a few months time?
Fitness and Wellness Coach Ranveer Allahbadia says its not possible for anyone to change his/her body so drastically just with a diet plan and regular exercise, in such a short span of time (Aamir Khan did that in 6 months).
So did Aamir take the help of steroids to get those muscles (in addition to the workouts obviously)?
Ranveer Allahbadia talks about this in his new video (and says that this is not a great example to youngsters across the country who want to build muscles quickly).
However, Aamir Khan’s trainer Rahul Bhatt says its indeed possible to achieve Aamir’s Dangal body naturally. He says nowadays with the right supplements (nutrition ones), diet and heavy workouts, its possible to get a great good body. Just because someone has a great body doesn’t have to mean s/he is on steroids.
