Yashmeen Manak is owner of SCULPT Gym , Reebok Certified Aerobics Instructor, Fitness Trainer and Consultant.

In the past, Yashmeen Manak has won the best figure award at Gladrags Mrs. India. She is also the champion of Miss India 2016, a competition organised by Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation (IBBFF).

Yashmeen is interested in pumping irons, powerlifting and is a fitness freak. She had been weight lifting for the past two decades and has a knack for body building.

Her clients include aspiring models, body building enthusiasts & athletes, apart from working professionals and patients suffering from health conditions.

Yashmeen regularly shares fitness videos that are sure to inspire enthusiasts any time of the day.
