About the Squash Ball
Squash balls are hollow and made of rubber, and as you play, they heat up and become bounceir and faster.
Like other racquet sports, the squash ball is available of different qualities, usually indicated by a small, colored dot.
Beginner squash players usually play with the blue ball (these are the fastest), and the reason these are recommended to beginners because they may find it difficult warming up the blue balls.
The red balls are meant for amateur players, while the yellow squash balls are usually played by the professional players.
