Hrithik likes Chinese and Indian food, but hates milk and milk products (chocolates are exceptions though). He doesn’t follow any special diet as his exercise routine ensures that he stays fit. He believes nothing is bad in moderation, exceptions being smoking and drinking that he avoids.
Here’s what his daily meals are like:
- Special protein-laded chocolate milk shake
- Heavy breakfast
- Afternoon meal are on the sets
- Evening snack is optional
- Dinner is either on the sets or with friends in restaurants.
In general:
- Hrithik has very little oil, butter, ghee and fatty stuff
- He drink lots of water and stays away from alcohol and cigarettes.
- Take about six small meals a day, instead of two large ones.
