For many, wearing weight lifting gloves is a personal choice. Many are comfortable using them, and won’t go to the gym without their weight lifting gloves. Others (advanced, professional weight lifters) claim they interfere with their workout.

However, for many, there are several pros of using weight lifting gloves.
