The Treatments
Daily yoga can be challenging for someone with no experience. You will be taught to exercise every joint and breath correctly.
You will be given at least one massage daily, with oil or powder followed by a shower or gentle steam. These are usually administered by two girls and their synchronisation added to a soporific effect.
You can also go to the gym where you will be prescribed exercises that are be adjusted to the age, ability and fitness of the clients.
