Youngsters believe that they must exercise all the time in order to be fit. However, the truth is that you must provide sufficient rest and recovery time to the body for the best results.

I’m sure this would come as a surprise to many youngsters, who think that one should workout for 5-6 days a week, and often 2 hours at a stretch, to get good muscles. However, that doesn’t seem to be the right way, as per Ronnie Coleman!
