Cardio Tennis (CT) is extremely popular in the US, UK and Australia and now it comes to India as well, thanks to Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna. Cardio tennis is the first of its kind, sport inspired fitness activity and its licensed in India to Rohan Bopanna and Meraki Sport and Entertainment.
This intense fitness regime basically combines tennis with cardiovascular exercises. Heart rate is monitored during this tennis-inspired fitness regime and the participants are also provided with a post-workout report.

“Bengaluru ranks higher than other Indian metros on health-consciousness. It is a mature market that is ready for a new fitness form like Cardio Tennis,” says Bopanna.
A session of CT lasts for around 50-60 minutes where participants can burn around 500-600 calories. While this workout is aimed at budding tennis players, non tennis players can also do this workout.
