Prabhas Workout Routine
Prabhas gained almost 20 kilos to look the part in Baahubali. And he used to workout for 4-6 hours daily for his role in Baahubali.
His workout regime included a combination of cardio and lifting weights. Prabhas took inspiration from the WWE wrestlers and followed their workout routine and training sessions.
In general, Prabhas is a nature enthusiast and has his gym set-up in his garden, as he loves being surrounded by greenery. The actor has been practicing outdoor fitness for quite some time now.
His fitness regime consists of indulging in outdoor activities like cycling and running, and playing sports like volleyball with his friends, whenever he gets some free time off his hand.
Prabhas prefers working out in the open, as opposed to working out in the gym. He believes that working out in open spaces lets you breathe fresh air, which is much better than inhaling the air of the air-conditioned gym.

- Breakfast included 40 egg whites – blended with protein powder.
- Almost zero carbohydrate diet for his role
- Prabhas used to east six meals; his diet consisted of nuts, fish, almonds, egg whites, and vegetables.
- He avoided rice.
Prabhas Workout Tips
Prabhas followed a rigorous weightlifting workout, but he did not take steroids to build his body. Prabhas believes drugs are risky and can cause health problems.
