Q)How different is it running a small gym or a gym in a small town/city?
Answer: Opening a successful gym in a small town and with limited space is very different from doing it in a large metro area or suburb. If you’re in a large population area, you can get lot of members. And if you’ve a large space, you can also run several different fitness programs.
Q)How do you promote your small gym?
Answer: In a small town or where the local resident population is less, its better to get involved with local communities, business – such as holding workshop where you can promote your gym. Running a fitness facility is not easy, you have to constantly promote your gym. We also advertise a lot locally.
Q)How do you manage your limited space? What sorts of fitness programs you conduct
Answer: We use limited equipment, something that is absolutely necessary – Exercise balls, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, jump (skip) ropes, Exercise mats, Bars and some weights. We also focus more on group exercises such as power yoga.
