Aamir Khan shows how to lose fat, watch weight loss tips in Dangal’s making video.
If you were always wondering what you should do in order to lose weight, you should watch this video, which lists some effective tips on how to lose excess weight effectively.
After all, Aamir Khan used those tips to go down from 97 kgs (with 38% body fat) to 70 kgs (with 9% body fat). And he did that over a period of six months.
- Aamir Khan says its easy to gain weight but he felt very unhealthy after gaining weight. The actor suffered from breathlessness and also had multiple injuries while wrestling in that heavy body structure.
- Aamir also talks about the importance of diet. In fact he says diet is the most important factor when embarking on a weight-loss journey.
- Another thing that Aamir talks about is motivation. Aamir said to his director to film the fitter Aamir Khan’s part towards the end of the movie. Otherwise when the movie ends, he would still be fat and there won’t be any motivation to lose weight.
The video has been released as part of Dangal’s promotional strategy; in the movie, Aamir plays the character of ex wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat.
