Not all yoga poses are easy to perform (breathing, corpse pose); there are some advanced yoga poses that will seem daunting even to those who do yoga regularly.
Yoga is a worldwide phenomenon now that provides all sorts of benefits — from stronger bones to improved brain function. But you don’t have to do Yoga indoors all the time, and you definitely don’t need a Yoga mat to do your Yoga poses. People are doing Yoga everywhere – on the beaches, on top of buildings, in parks, and even underwater.

One Hand Tree Pose
Most will find it difficult to balance even on two hands, and this one has to be done with just one. Its suited only for those who have perfected the regular handstand. This pose requires excellent core strength, mental focus, and strong wrists.Handstand Pose

Hanuman, the vanara (monkey) superhero (son of the wind god, Vayu is revered in South Asian culture for his physical strength, bravery, and spiritual devotion. As son of the wind, Hanuman was known for his mighty leaps.
Hanumanasana, or monkey pose, is a full front split. It takes practice, and possibly some support, to find steadiness and ease in this pose.
Hanumanasana, a great hip flexor stretch when you can lean your weight on the inside. I have my students shift their weight at different angles to feel the hip flexor and the hamstring attachment stretch.
Nauli Kriya
Yogis have been practicing this stomach-churning pose (Nauli Kriya) for centuries.
Some also call it as “alien yoga” because the churning of the abs looks bizarre/weird.
The pose is called Nauli Kriya, an advanced technique where air is expelled, pulling the diaphragm up into the chest and then the stomach muscles are flexed in and out. It involves rolling the abdominal muscles from side to side in a wave-like movement.

Despite its odd look, Nauli has tremendous benefits, improving core strength and aiding digestion. It cleanses the internal organs and strengthens the abdominal area.
It may look difficult, it can be practiced by any one.
